For all other questions regarding service rules or schedules, please see your leasing office.
Please contact your community's leasing office to request a new or replacement Waste Willy’s collection bin. They will coordinate with our team to ensure a fresh container is delivered to your doorstep.
Any adjustments to our collection schedule (such as major holidays or weather events) will be posted directly to your Community Board or sent via the property's resident portal. For specific questions regarding holiday schedules, please check with your leasing office.
Valet trash is a community-wide amenity managed by your property. You do not receive a separate bill from Waste Willy’s; all service fees are handled directly through your monthly rent or utility statement as outlined in your lease agreement.
All containers are property of the community and are part of the standard amenity package. If you prefer not to utilize the service, we recommend storing the container inside your unit. Please contact the leasing office if you have further questions regarding the property's waste policy.
