How do I know the trash was actually picked up?

You don't have to guess. Our proprietary app uses GPS-tracking for every building. You receive a nightly "All-Clear" report with timestamped photos of your compactor and breezeways delivered to your inbox by 8:00 AM.

What happens if a Dedicated Service Team Member is sick?

Because we are local to Polk County, we have a backup "Willy-Pro" ready to step in. Your property is never skipped, and the replacement team member uses the same app-pathing to ensure zero missed doors.

What nights do you collect?

Our standard service runs 5 nights a week (typically Sunday–Thursday), but we offer flexible scheduling based on your community's specific needs.

How long does it take to get started?

We can typically launch a new property within 14–21 days. This includes mapping the site in our app, distributing bins, and providing resident educational materials.

Do we have to buy the bins?

No. Waste Willy’s provides high-quality, leak-proof 13-gallon bins to every unit as part of our service agreement.

Can we switch if we are currently with a national provider?

Absolutely. We specialize in "National Conversions." We can perform a free audit of your current service and handle the transition to ensure your residents don't experience a single day of missed service.

How do you prevent leaks in our breezeways?

This is our priority. Every Dedicated Service Team Member uses a leak-proof collection bin with heavy-duty liners. If a spill does occur, our team is trained to spot-clean it immediately before it stains.

Do you help with our compactor area?

Yes. We don't just "dump and run." Part of our nightly protocol includes breaking down cardboard and sweeping the enclosure so your maintenance team doesn't start their day with a mess.

Are your employees background-checked?

100%. Every "Willy-Pro" is background-checked, fully insured, and wears a branded Waste Willy’s uniform and high-visibility safety gear at all times

What happens if a resident leaves out prohibited items (furniture, etc.)?

Our team logs the violation in the app with a photo and unit number. We move the item to a designated area if possible and notify management instantly so you can issue the appropriate fine.
